This plane is a 2D element that you position within your 3D scene at the desired location and orientation. The placement of this plane determines where the section cut will occur.
Once the section plane is in place, you can activate the section cut tool. This tool is used to "slice" through 3D models and objects within the scene along the plane's path. As a result, you can reveal the internal details and spaces of buildings or structures.
Use the Gizmo or these transform options to position the section plane as desired.
Toggle to switch between Active and Inactive states of the section plane, where Active means the cut is visible and the internal details are visible.
Toggle to switch the visibility states of the section plane. The plane will still be active or inactive regardless of the state of its visibility.
Allows you to select the highlight colour of the section plane.
